Entrepreneuring

Enabling Individuals to set up on their own owes its roots to TDA’s creative approach to outplacement. We saw it as an exciting “career option”.

Entrepreneur Development

We have now supported over 1600 individuals to make this career transition and to adopt an independent entrepreneurial life style.

Our biggest insight is that, whilst practical skills and knowledge are important, the key to success is to develop an “enterprise mindset” and to acquire behaviours that best fit with an entrepreneurial lifestyle.

Brand Partnering

A fresh “relationship approach” to the way in which large businesses can use “Franchising” to exploit market opportunity and to offer employees the opportunity to become partners.

Corporate Franchise Thinking

This combines the best from the world of both partners – “Corporate scale and strategy with local enterprise agility”, creating a “win/win” relationship and business formulae.

Having worked with some of the biggest Brands, who initially had no history of Franchising, we have learnt much about the secrets of success.

An approach designed to tap into the latent enterprise talent that always exists in large organisations, to provide a business framework in which this talent can be expressed.
